Backyard Makeover
Full Backyard Makeover with: quality paver patio area, paver walkway, gas fire pit, including 10’x13′ pergola with two independently adjusted roof blade system and rain drain system keeping it dry under pergola even in inclement weather.
Full set of outdoor lighting including LED bar under the step at backyard door, LED bollards adjacent to paver path between driveway and pergola, and LED mini lights installed in pavers surrounding the fire pit to accentuate it at night. All finished with fresh high-quality sod for that brand new backyard look.

Compact Paver Patio
A new concrete paver patio was installed at the condominium residence, rear backyard area. This transformation elevated the space from an unusable “eye-sore” to a 3-season modern patio available for hosting family, friends or just relaxing in the scenic foliage setting. Both raised and in-ground planters were utilized to make most of the space and add privacy to its surroundings. A unique challenge on this project was encountering a buried thick large concrete slab discovered during excavation, which had to be perforated to ensure permeability, allowing the precipitation water to naturally drain into the ground.

Enhancing Property After Dusk with Outdoor Lights
Suburban residence received a multi zone outdoor lighting to expose its attractive elements after dusk, as well as provide adequate visibility to move around the property at nighttime.
The front of the property was given two separate zones. First zone accentuated the façade. The second zone focused on highlighting the front pathway with compact light sources expanding minimal glare across the sidewalk edges, and efficiently spaced to adhere to the luxury minimalistic design concept.
In the rear of the property, modern bollards surrounded the focal point of the backyard – the pool – considerably enhancing the visual effects of the surroundings, opening up opportunities for use of the space after dark as relaxation and entertainment area.
All the outdoor lights were programmed to activate at nighttime for striking effects, also allowing property residents to independently control the zones via their smartphones, as needed.

Backyard Outdoor Lights
Installation of a landscape lighting system consisted of over 65 various-outdoor-type light fixtures. The lighting design complements the existing terrain of multiple terraces retaining walls, along split pathways, decorative plantings, and in-ground pool and spa. The client requested a multi zone lighting control approach which was accomplished with careful pre-installation planning. Zones can be checked and controlled remotely by a secure digital app on a smartphone.
